- Record a clear unboxing or product video showing the issue.

- Once verified, our team will guide you through pickup or shipment.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
